| As field superintendent, Brad is the information center around which all construction activity takes place. He is responsible for (1) creating the proper work environment, (2) translating the design into coordinated work assignments, (3) interpreting the design documents, (4) removing obstacles, and (5) monitoring performance for time and quality.
