As project manager, Meghan is heavily involved in the front end of the project, helping to define the project, setting goals for the construction team, and getting the project off to a good start. During design, she assists with constructibility reviews and value engineering, and provides valuable estimating and scheduling input. Once construction starts, she oversees the paperwork, directs overall team performance, and is ultimately accountable for quality, cost, and schedule. As a U.S. Green Building Council LEED® Accredited Professional, Meghan can also assist in determining sustainable options for your project.
