As project manager, Jason is heavily involved in the front end of the project, helping to define the project, setting goals for the construction team, and getting the project off to a good start. During design, he assists with constructibility reviews and value engineering, and provides valuable estimating and scheduling input. Once construction starts, he oversees the paperwork, directs overall team performance, and is ultimately accountable for quality, cost, and schedule. As a U.S. Green Building Council LEED® Accredited Professional, Jason can also assist in determining sustainable options for your project. |
