The Shenandoah Apartment complex was constructed in eight month’s time.  The owner requested a fast track schedule and Stahl was able to turn over one-third of the building in six-months.

In addition, Stahl constructed a 5,500 SF community center that includes, a pool, a management office, a community room, locker rooms, and an exercise room.
