Teaming with Duke Realty Corporation and Pope Associates, Stahl completed construction of this 265,000-SF, Class-A office building located in St. Louis Park, MN in just 12 months. The nine-story building opens to a grand, four-story atrium which features imported granite from Spain and pre-cast curtain walls. The project also included a 13-level parking ramp with 860-parking spaces.
