Located in the Minnetonka Coporate Center, this Class-A office building includes one level of underground parking and a five-level parking ramp with an enclosed connecting walkway. The site is elevated and features natural wetlands. Unique features include glass and brick accents, state-of-the-art electrical system, high-efficiency HVAC system, and a sophisticated card-key access security system. The primary tenant is Cargill Financial Services. Unique features of Cargill’s space include an entire floor that looks like a mini Wall Street, which is used for commodities trading, and an executive dining room with full kitchen. Groundbreaking occurred in late summer, which meant that most of the structure was built during the winter months. The construction schedule was maintained by enclosing the entire six-story building with a temporary enclosure.
Stahl provided extensive preconstruction services including value engineering, constructability reviews, pre-ordering of materials and detailed master scheduling, all to ensure a quality project completed on time and under budget.
