Hampton Inn & Suites

Initially, Stahl acted as the design builder to deliver this 146-room hotel, which was designed and constructed simultaneously with a Cambria Suites. During design, Stahl used special tactics to protect the owner from delays and additional costs that can be accrued during winter construction.

More recently, Stahl was brought back to renovate and update the property. The lobby and breakfast areas were remodeled to meet current brand standards. In addition, new materials were installed in all the corridors, offices, executive center, guest rooms and the registration area. The exercise room was remodeled, and updated fixtures installed.

The initial project was a finalist for the Minnesota Construction Association Project Achievement Award.
