IHCC: Fine Arts Center

This occupied project included updates to the 400-seat theater with new sound and acoustic technology, new seats and carpet, upgraded mechanical, electrical and lighting systems, extension of the overhead catwalk and new finishes.

The addition included a new four-story entryway onto the building comprised of a glass tower, 18 new art classrooms and offices, a mezzanine art gallery for students to showcase their work, and a 432-car parking lot.
