Portland Airport at Cascade Station

This 124-room, four-story design / build project is located at Cascade Station near the Portland Airport and was designed and constructed simultaneously with a Hyatt Place. The project includes a pool, cafeteria/cafe, meeting rooms, exercise facility, sport court and outdoor patio areas. Stahl delivered a turn-key product including coordination of all FF&E.

Ninety-four percent of all construction waste was recycled; 20% of the building materials came from within a 500-mile radius of the project site and construction pollution was minimized.
