As General Counsel, Elise provides strategic legal guidance that supports Stahl’s operations, project teams, and business objectives. She works closely with leadership to manage risk, navigate complex legal issues, and deliver practical solutions that help projects move forward successfully.
Before joining Stahl, Elise spent more than a decade advising employers and representing clients in commercial and employment matters. She is known for translating complex legal concepts into clear, actionable advice and is committed to supporting Stahl’s people, projects, and clients with integrity, accountability, and collaboration.
Outside of work, Elise enjoys exploring Minnesota with her family and keeping up with her three boys.
