President

As President, Lane provides overall leadership of Stahl’s construction and project management operations, ensuring alignment between the company’s strategic direction and day-to-day execution. He plays a key role in shaping project outcomes from the earliest stages—establishing clear goals for project teams and bringing valuable insight to constructability, scheduling, and logistics.

Lane is a clear and effective communicator who addresses challenges head-on. Open, straightforward, and solutions-focused, he is quick to provide both positive and constructive feedback and is committed to bringing out the best in every team member. Regardless of the circumstances, Lane consistently upholds the company’s core values and leads by example.

Outside of work, Lane enjoys spending time with his family and three dogs, and participating in a variety of outdoor activities including watersports, mountain biking, camping, and snowboarding. He also enjoys playing a round of golf with his son any chance he gets. Lane is a youth group leader for middle and high school students, serves on his church council, and volunteers with organizations including Hearts and Hammers, Place of Hope, and the Senior Citizen Partnership.

Lane has completed continuing education through the Associated General Contractors of America, Arizona State University, OSHA, and the University of Minnesota. He has also completed Lean Kaizen training, is an active member of the Lean Construction Institute, and previously served as a security police officer in the U.S. Air Force.
