Project Manager

Rich’s journey in construction began early in life—inspired by watching his grandpa build a swing set, shelves for a toy room, to just about anything the family needed. This early exposure fueled his passion for craftsmanship. He pursued a degree in Industrial Technology with an emphasis on Construction Management from Bemidji State University and has since accumulated over a decade of industry experience.

As the Municipal and Government Market Leader, Rich finds satisfaction in seeing a public project come to life and contributing to the growth and development of the community. He is passionate about balancing work in the field with maximizing value and ensuring the client receives an exceptional project for a reasonable price. Rich is committed to building a good rapport with clients and the design team, enhancing his ability to work through any project issues and establishing trust for continued partnership.

Actively involved with his children, Rich looks forward to coaching his son in football and wrestling, along with joining the Booster Club for their school. He loves spending time outdoors and with his family at his parent’s lake property.
