Rick Ross leads Stahl’s Iowa operations, serving as the primary contact for clients, partners, and community stakeholders across the region. A third-generation construction professional, Rick was inspired to join the industry by his family’s legacy and has built a career around creating lasting spaces that serve communities for years after us.

What has kept Rick in construction throughout his career is simple: he loves building things and working alongside great teams. He is passionate about bringing together clients, design partners, and project teams around a shared vision, helping turn ideas and aspirations into reality. For Rick, every project is an opportunity to unite different personalities, perspectives, and expertise in pursuit of a common goal and a lasting impact.

With OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications, Rick demonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining safe and productive jobsites.  His experience, leadership, and commitment to teamwork help foster strong relationships and successful outcomes on every project. Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending time with his family, including his two children and granddaughter. You’ll often find him at the lake fishing, relaxing with family and friends, or on the golf course.
