Wayne is a quiet leader whose guidance and expertise have been central to the company’s success over the years. He remains active in the company’s daily operations, promoting honesty, respect, and teamwork, and setting the tone for the rest of the company.

Wayne is a numbers person with a passion for the “art” of estimating, particularly conceptual estimating and target costing. He draws on his years of experience to mentor the estimating team, ensuring that clients receive accurate cost estimates early in the building process, aiding in decision-making and budgeting.

As an engineering graduate of Purdue University and a registered professional engineer, Wayne naturally prefers straight lines, right angles, and symmetry—a structured, organized way of thinking that is reflected in his work.

On a lighter note, Wayne can recite pi to 50 places and can name all the World Series winners and losers—and the number of games played—since 1903.
