12700 Whitewater Drive

Located at 12700 Whitewater Drive, this unique Class A office building boasts several distinctive features. It includes an entire floor designed to mimic Wall Street, which is used for commodities trading. The building also houses an executive dining room equipped with a full kitchen and a barbershop. Stahl also completed work for the main tenant, Cargill.

This project was recognized with two Minnesota Construction Association Project Achievement Awards and was a finalist for the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association Awards of Excellence.
