Arden Hills Army Combat Fitness Test Field House
The Minnesota Army National Guard’s new 49,000‑SF Army Combat Fitness Test Field House is designed to support comprehensive soldier readiness and physical training. Located at the Arden Hills Army Training Site, new facility will feature a high‑bay training zone with twelve artificial turf ACFT testing lanes, a 12‑foot‑wide 200‑meter running track, and additional weightlifting areas. The support wing includes administrative offices, restrooms with showers, and a flexible studio for classes or instruction, along with mezzanine mechanical and utility spaces.
Site improvements include a drive aisle, parking for staff and daily trainees, complete utility services, information systems, fire detection and alarm systems, roads, walks, storm drainage, and additional infrastructure upgrades. Designed to align with Minnesota’s B3 sustainable building program, the Field House provides a modern, durable, and efficient environment that enhances the Minnesota Army National Guard’s physical readiness and operational capability.
