Cambria Hotel Downtown Minneapolis

The dual-branded, six-story building houses the Cambria Hotel and Fairfield Inn & Suites. Located in downtown Minneapolis, this 121-key hotel was strategically placed in the heart of the city, providing guests with access to the Minneapolis Theatre District and three major sports stadiums: Target Field, Target Center, and U.S. Bank Stadium.

The hotel features modern amenities and accessible luxuries, offering multi-purpose indoor spaces for both productive work and relaxation. Amenities include multi-function meeting and event spaces, a fitness center, on-site dining, and spa-inspired bathrooms.

Construction in downtown Minneapolis presented challenges, including limited space, noise restrictions, and the need to minimize disruption to the surrounding community. Despite these issues, we successfully delivered the project on time and within budget. Our team’s expertise in urban construction, coupled with our commitment to effective communication and collaboration with local stakeholders, ensured the successful completion of this project.
