Crossroads Commons Senior Housing is a prominent landmark in Eagan, Minnesota. This community, designed for independent senior living, offers market-rate housing to individuals aged 55 and above. The project encompasses a variety of one- and two-bedroom units, each tailored to meet diverse needs. The building is designed to foster community interaction, featuring a communal space equipped with a full kitchen for residents to connect and engage. Additional project elements include underground heated parking, fitness and club rooms, and accessible laundry facilities. The project met our client’s vision of providing a comfortable and convenient living experience for Eaganís senior community.
