This project involved the occupied renovation of the lobby and breakfast areas, and updates to 252 guest rooms, with the goal of enhancing the guest experience and ensuring the hotel’s offerings were in line with the latest brand standards.

Stahl was selected as the contractor for this project due to their past experience working with tight sites, expedited schedules, and budget challenges. They closely collaborated with project stakeholders to utilize value engineering on a number of solutions, effectively positioning the property improvement project within the allowed budget.

The project schedule was meticulously planned by Stahl to ensure that the exterior work was completed during the off-season, minimizing disruption to guests. The overall project was completed in time for the spring break rush.
