In collaboration with Summit Hotel Properties, Stahl successfully completed the construction of the Hyatt House Orlando Universal Resort. This upscale hotel, spanning 145,800 square feet, is conveniently located within walking distance of the Universal Orlando Resort.

The nine-story hotel houses 168 rooms, each designed to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay for guests. The hotel is equipped with several gathering areas, fostering a sense of community among guests.
