Minnetonka High School

Stahl served as Construction Manager for a comprehensive 135,000 SF addition and 250,000 SF renovation at Minnetonka High School, transforming nearly every area of the 385,000 SF campus while maintaining uninterrupted school operations for more than 2,000 students and staff. The project required extensive phasing, careful logistics planning, and continuous coordination to safely manage construction activities adjacent to occupied classrooms, parking areas, and active bus routes. Through proactive planning and communication, Stahl delivered the work with minimal disruption to daily school functions while maintaining a safe and productive learning environment.
