Residence Inn by Marriott Portland

The Residence Inn by Marriott Portland is a 124-key, four-story hotel located at Cascade Station near the Portland Airport. The hotel offers a variety of amenities including a pool, cafeteria/café, meeting rooms, an exercise facility, a sports court, and a patio area. The project was delivered as a turn-key solution by Stahl, which included the coordination of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

Sustainability was a top priority for this project. An impressive ninety-four percent of all construction waste was recycled, demonstrating a strong commitment to environmental responsibility. Additionally, twenty percent of the building materials were sourced within a 500-mile radius of the project site, which helped to reduce both the cost and emissions associated with transportation. Throughout the construction process, measures were taken to minimize pollution, reflecting a commitment to eco-friendly building practices. The project stands as a testament to sustainable construction and operational efficiency.
