Situated in the historic Miller Textile Building, the project vision of juxtaposing the rich, compelling existing structure with a modern, sleek, and purposeful built environment. The primary objective was to enhance operational efficiency, foster connection, and promote employee well-being.

Our teams, known for their integrated approach to work, sought to embody the transparency and integrity that form the cornerstone of our firmís values. As a construction company, Stahl played a dual role in this project, acting as a co-collaborator on the design and managing all aspects of the construction process for our new office space.

In line with our commitment to sustainability, we made environmentally-friendly, local, and non-toxic selections wherever possible. All light fixtures installed are energy-efficient LEDs, and the plumbing fixtures are designed with water conservation in mind. This project stands as a testament to our belief in building and operating in a sustainable manner, underscoring our commitment to environmental stewardship.

Harmoniously Blending the Past and Future
The team meticulously preserved the buildingís original character, including remnants of the original brickwork, as a tribute to its former owners. These elements of the past now coexist with new and modern fixtures, creating a unique workspace that respects its history while embracing the future.
