TownePlace Suites by Marriott Bloomington

TownePlace Suites by Marriott is a four-story building with 118 units, providing guests an enhanced environment for both work and relaxation. Each suite has an extended stay suite design, complete with a fully equipped kitchen. A significant feature of this project is a 4,000 square foot public plaza. Developed in collaboration with The City of Bloomington, the plaza serves to link the project site with the city’s overall vision for the area. An artist was commissioned to create an original sculpture, adding a unique artistic touch to the plaza. The city of Bloomington and the Bloomington Port Authority consider this project a cornerstone of the newly defined South Loop area. The hotel enjoys a convenient location, positioned between the expanding Mall of America and the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers.
