Wayzata City Hall and Library

The City of Wayzata embarked on a signature project that involved a modern library addition and an expansion of the current facility housing the city hall, police, and fire stations. High-end materials were specified for this project, necessitating meticulous care and attention to detail during installation.

The site posed a unique challenge due to limited space for storing construction materials and equipment. Despite this, the project was managed effectively, ensuring that city offices remained open and functional throughout the construction period. This required crucial and effective site logistics management, demonstrating our ability to adapt to and overcome challenges to meet the needs of the community.
