Few projects have the opportunity to impact a community as broadly as a recreation center. As construction progresses on the Pella Recreation Center, Senior Project Manager Meghan Huber is helping coordinate the people, processes, and partnerships needed to deliver a space that will serve residents for decades to come.

With 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Meghan brings a wealth of knowledge to the project. Her experience leading complex projects and working closely with owners, design teams, and trade partners has equipped her to manage the many details required to successfully deliver a large-scale community facility.

Working alongside the City of Pella and Shive-Hattery, Meghan is helping lead the delivery of the new 78,000-square-foot recreation center. The facility will feature competition and recreation pools, four-court gymnasiums, fitness areas, an elevated indoor walking track, and flexible spaces designed to support a wide range of recreational and community activities.

Throughout the project, Meghan’s been contributing to the team’s alignment, balancing schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating the many decisions that shape a complex facility. Her collaborative approach and steady leadership have been instrumental in helping transform the City’s vision into a vibrant community destination.
