Brian leads the municipal and government market sector in Iowa, bringing an impressive 30+ years in the industry. “I feel a strong sense of pride,” he says of building public projects. “They provide essential infrastructure and services that contribute to the growth, development, and well-being of the community.”

Brian exceeds in his role, working in the municipal market, by taking the time to understand client’s needs and striving to accommodate their vision and goals. His knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements at the local, state, and federal level have led to his success in this
market. When each project is completed, Brian is gratified knowing he played a part in a building that will serve a community purpose for years to come.

Brian grew up playing with his great grandfather’s carpentry tools and in his early childhood, exploring houses under construction. After high school, Brian spent ten years as a carpenter building custom homes. This inspired him to earn a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kanas. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC).

Outside of the construction site, you’ll find Brian spending time on yardwork, playing with his two dogs, or mastering the art of smoking and barbequing.
