Starting as a receptionist at Stahl, Deb’s interest in a more hands on role led her to an associate’s degree focusing on Business Administration with advanced coursework from the University of Minnesota focusing on Construction. She also gained on the job experience and knowledge, launching her current position as Senior Project Manager.
With over 30 years in the industry, Deb also has extensive experience in education, office, retail, and municipal markets. Deeply committed to sustainability and the environment, she managed the office renovation for MSR Architects and helped the team meet the stringent requirements of the Living Building Challenge (LBC) Certification. This was the first interiors LBC project in the state—and one of only two in Minnesota.
Deb thrives when working on complicated projects, through joint efforts and maximized productivity. Leading a collaborative process, involving all stakeholders in a project, she strategizes early and continuously pursues improvement to ensure the best possible project delivery experience.
Away from her role as project manager, Deb enjoys nurturing her flower garden, exploring bike trails with her husband, and cooking new recipes to share with her friends and family at her solstice parties.
